Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags and accessories intact.

Certain products, such as electrical adjustable tables, are not eligible for return due to their nature. However, these items may be eligible for replacement in case of manufacturing defects or damage during transit, subject to verification.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer, and customers may be required to provide bank details.
