Need to cancel an order? We’ve made it simple.
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us at info@lukzer.com.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible. However, customers may request a return after delivery in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Refunds for successfully cancelled orders will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method used, subject to applicable laws.
