Need to cancel an order? We’ve made it simple.
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting Info@lukzer.com.
- Once shipped, cancellation isn’t possible — but you can request a return after delivery.
- Refunds for cancelled orders are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
